At Civilim.com, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Civilim account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive your unique return authorization code.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the invoice or return form provided in your delivery.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized courier point using our prepaid shipping label or your preferred tracked shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
